OEM/ODM Factory Roll Up Door Mounting Brackets - Commercial Roll Up Doors – Bestar Detail:

Bestar Commercial Roll Up Doors, also called Commercial Sheet Doors, are produced with the highest quality and durability in the industry.

Excellent price and efficient installation makes our Commercial Sheet Doors the perfect choice for carports, garages, barns, loading docks, warehouse buildings, distribution centers or any commercial applications.

 

Standard Features:

(1) Curtain Sheet: The 26 gauge galvanized steel finished with baked epoxy primer and baked polyester topcoat.

(2) Side Stripping: Every door is fitted with Nylon & Elastic side stripping to prevent metal to metal contact within the door guide and ensure a quiet and easy operation.

(3) Torsion Springs: To be oil tempered, grease packed torsion springs designed to cycle nearly 12,500 times.

(4) Drums: All drums are fitted with a grease filled, shielded radial ball bearing for a smoother operation. 12” diameter drums allow for lower headroom requirements. 

(5) Support Brackets: To be 3/16″ (4.76mm) thick structural steel angles and a 1/4″ (6.35mm) thick steel diagonal brace welded in a triangular form to support ends of drum assembly.

(6) Steel Mounting Plates: For lateral jamb extension to provide door support.

(7) Guides: To be roll formed 16 gauge galvanized steel channels.

(8) Chain Hoist: To be cast iron pocket wheel drive with machine link hand chain for over 10′ X 10′ (3048mm x 3048mm) doors.

(9) Bottom Bar: Curtain to be reinforced with a bottom bar consisting of 2” x 1-1/2” x 12 gauge galvanized steel angle with E.P.D.M. astragal.

(10) Rope Pull: To be 1/4″ (6.35mm) polyester rope attached to bottom angle.
