All Bestar Roll Up Shed doors are built with galvanized steel and are roll-formed to provide for high wind strength resistance and minimum flex.
Standard Features:
(1) Drums. Fitted with a grease filled, shielded radial ball bearing to contribute to a smoother operation and reduce wear and friction.
(2) Torsion Springs. Coated with grease during production and enclosed in a helical spiral tube to protect them from the elements.
(3) Head Stops. Prevent the curtain from over traveling the guide.
(4) Mini Latch. Made from heavy gauge yellow zinc coated steel or optional stainless steel.
(5) Corrugated Curtain. Roll formed from ASTM A 653 grade 80 full hard steel. Full height felt tape on back of curtain prevents nesting and reduces paint rubbing.
(6) Guides. Roll formed 18 gauge galvanized steel. Fitted with dual polyethylene wear strips to reduce friction and muffle door noises.
